Eveyone who reaches their fundraising goal of $250 or more prior to July 1st will be entered in a drawing for a prize valued at over $100.00!

Register in person: We encourage online registration, however, we do understand that not everyone has the ability to register online. There will be opportunities to register in-person at the Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce Healthy Living and Lifestyles Expo on October 25th and October 26th at the Brentwood Baptist Church: 7777 Concord Road Brentwood, TN 37027.
